A duplex apartment with spectacular views over one of the island's most famous beaches. Through an independent entrance, we enter the ground floor, on two levels, and arrive at the kitchen that connects to the dining area, which is elevated looking over the living room with a large window to the terrace with a pergola and sliding awnings from where you can better appreciate the views. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed with fitted wardrobes and views over the beach and the sea, another two bedrooms, one of them also with views. They all have fitted wardrobes. The complex also has a beautiful garden area with a lawn and a large swimming pool. Going down the stairs we are two steps from the beach and all the local services such as restaurants and shops that the area has to offer.
